Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog, Passionate and Creative Homemaking. I'm a 29 year old SAHM of 2 boys. I've been married for 8 years and I recently moved to a small rural town in Ohio. I have a passion for homemaking in today's world and how they did it in the past. My goal with this blog is to be as REAL as possible. There are enough homemaking blogs out there that, although can be encouraging, can hinder you by thinking that you're not good enough, that they are perfect...and leaving you feeling like "well what's wrong with me?" Life is messy, so isn't homemaking. I hope to encourage you be all that you can be as a homemaker, mother, wife, Godly woman, but most importantly to make you realize that you are normal, that no one is perfect, and we're all in this together. I make a ton of mistakes on a daily basis. I throw in the towel at least once a week. I go through the whole "what's the point?" on a regular basis. At least once a week (or even more) I want to smack my husband and my kids upside the head. I get tired of cleaning (especially the same stuff all the time). I have my own temper tantrums lol. I'm on the computer too much. I need to lose weight...on and on. I'm right there with ya. So I hope you can let your guard down here. I'm not judgemental (I hate Christians that are like that!)
